Refund Eligibility
If your order is cancelled or fails on our end, you will receive a full refund automatically. We do not charge you unless we can successfully process your phone bill refill order.
Refund Processing Time
If a payment is canceled, the refund may take 5 to 7 business days to process and reflect in your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
